Brother Vellies Shoes

Moda Operandi introduces this week Brother Vellies shoes designed by Brooklyn based Aurora James.

We like her footwear collection because it is handcrafted in African village workshops, thus respecting tradition, culture, nature and people.

We selected our favorite shoes - epitome is the Beaded Maasai Sandal with red cock feathers :

Brother Vellies Sunny Day Karen Sandal (detail : frontal yellow strap and braided lace up ties with horsehair detailing)
